When they came to fix the kitchen sink they left a hole in the wall for almost two months they put a board with a nail in it. Also when I had a leak in my bathroom I reported it to them a million times and they never came to fix it so it became really nasty and started to mold.

It takes multiple phone calls to get someone out for an issue, and they can't fix it the first time. They don't notify you when they are coming into your apartment , they don't leave a work order, unless you complain enough, but 9/10 they don't leave an order. I have had someone come in the apartment twice when I was asleep (didn't know they were coming) and once when I was in the shower (again, didn't know they were coming). They can never fix the issues the first time because their men have little to no experience as handymen and are not trained. They have broken stuff in my apartment, they have come in and tampered with things I did not request to be fixed. NEVER in my life have I met such a petty group of people, clearly they are not cut out for this line of work.
